Our website offers ONLY ground shipping to our Canadiancustomers. We are offering flat-shipping rates but soon we will be offering shipping rates based on the weight of your order, pulled directly from our partner delivery service in-real-time.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and are working to get it shipped out. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with the shipping date and tracking number. Shipping times may vary but typically it takes 5-7 business days depending upon customer’s shipping address.
Returns
Perfume Oils, Oud Chips and Essences are not returnable nor exchangeable unless there is an issue with product such as broken or wrong/faulty product has been shipped. Begin the return process by clicking here.
Return and the return shipping cost including taxes is customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer. You as a customer will receive a refund of your order after the return back. Initial shipping cost is not refundable.
Refunds
Any Product that is damaged, has been used, has signs of use, has been modified, or has not been restored in its original packaging is not entitled to the withdrawal right under any circumstances.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your returned item has been received and whether or not it is eligible for refund. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
All items sold by Rumman Fashion Inc. are guaranteed to be fit for the intended purpose and to be free of flaws or secret defects that would make them unsafe or unsuitable for their intended use. If you receive a defective product, please send an email to [email protected] with as much information as possible, and the item will be refunded or replaced.
